The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Résidence Islette du Riou is secure with concierge and badge entry. You’ll enjoy a stunning 25-meter pool, fully secured and open from May to the end of September. There’s also a pétanque court for fun with friends or family. The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk to Mandelieu beaches, Château de La Napoule, and the city center. Shops, restaurants, and water activities are nearby.
